About my first experience of owning a car and an auto insurance, I met John by recommendation. After all the research via phones and online, he gave me the best price!

Not to even mention that he is very detail oriented and helpful about every question you will ask.

 was shopping around for a quote and was referred to John for assistance. Unlike trying to obtain a quote, let alone a cordial and helpful conversation with an insurance agent - John was extremely helpful and professional; in addition to completely transparent. Appreciate the good work, John, thanks for providing such good client care.

I have had my 3 cars insured with Encino West Insurance Services for the past 7 years. John always takes the time to search for the best rates for me and always has time to answear any questions I have in regards to my policies.

He is very patient and is a great expert on what he does. Excellent customer service! Great rates!  I highly recomend!

Can't thank him enough. Bought my first new car since 2007.

All I had to do was make one phone call to John to change my coverage to full coverage and once again he was the best around. He faxed my information to the dealer and I drove off the lot with insurance coverage, no hassle and so much cheaper than the dealers offer.

Not having the best driving record, I've found John to be honest, straight forward in dealing with him for my auto insurance. He always has taking the time to look for the best policies for me, and the cheapest he can find with excellent coverage. Just today he spent a lot of time with me because I want to try to lower my rates. He didn't even have to, but he did, and he went the extra mile or two for me, for as long as they let me drive he will always have my business.
